Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy (2025) Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Little Champ Camp Inc.. The cancellation fee is based on the start date of the week being canceled: 1 month before the start of the booked week: 85% refund (15% fee) 2 weeks before the start of the booked week: 75% refund (25% fee) 1 week before the start of the booked week: 65% refund (35% fee) Less than 1 week before the start of the booked week: 50% refund (50% fee) Within 48 hours of the start of the booked week: No refund A 3% fee applies to all refunds. Illness No refunds for missed days due to illness.
