Cancellation Policy

This policy forms part of the registration agreement between the purchaser (“Parent/Guardian”) and Little Champ Camp Inc. By registering, the purchaser confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by the original registrant. Cancellations are considered received only once written confirmation has been issued by Little Champ Camp Inc. Refund eligibility is determined based on the scheduled start date of the registered camp week, regardless of attendance. All timelines are calculated using calendar days. Refund Schedule 30+ days before the start date: 85% refund (15% administrative fee) 14–29 days before: 75% refund (25% administrative fee) 7–13 days before: 65% refund (35% administrative fee) 3–6 days before: 50% refund (50% administrative fee) Less than 72 hours before the start date: No refund On or after the start date: No refund A mandatory, non-refundable 5% payment processing fee will be deducted from all refunds issued prior to the first day of the registered camp week. This fee is separate from administrative fees and applies without exception. Failure to attend, late arrivals, early withdrawals, schedule changes, travel, or participation in other programs are not considered cancellations and are not eligible for refunds. Registrations are non-transferable to another child, family, week, or season and may not be credited or deferred. Refund Method All refunds will be issued only to the original payer and returned to the original form of payment. Credit card payments will be refunded solely to the same card. Refunds will not be redirected to another person or payment method. Illness and Dismissal No refunds or credits will be issued for absences due to illness, injury, quarantine, or other health-related matters. Little Champ Camp Inc. reserves the right to dismiss a camper for behavioural concerns, safety risks, policy violations, or inappropriate conduct by a parent/guardian. If dismissal occurs, only full unused camp days following the date of removal will be prorated and refunded. The day of removal is non-refundable, and all decisions are final. Policy Enforcement This policy is firm and non-negotiable except where required by applicable law. By completing registration, the purchaser agrees to these terms and waives the right to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks that contradict this policy.
