COVID-19: A message from our Camp Director
To our Little Champ Camp family, we hope that everyone is staying safe and healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic. This unprecedented situation has been very difficult on all of us, however, it has also revealed a sense of community, unlike anything we have witnessed before. It has been truly inspiring to see everyone rally together as we face this challenge united.
Thank you very much for all of the support throughout our 9 weeks of operation in Summer 2023! We are passionate about what we do, and the programs that we run; however, we have incredible respect for the messaging received from public health and the importance that social distancing plays in flattening the curve.
While we remain hopeful that we will be back on the diamonds, fields, and courts in the coming months, we remain uncertain as to when exactly that might be. As we continue to closely monitor this rapidly evolving situation, we ask for your patience and understanding.

What programs are available this summer?
We remain to be hopeful that our summer camps throughout July and August will be running! We are working hard to prepare for a summer of phenomenal
programming for your children and will be ready to go as soon as it is safe to do so!
When will I know you have cancelled programming?
Our policy for canceling our summer programs will be based upon the lead provided by public health in line with peel school closures. As the government has extended social distancing measures, relating to school closures, cancellation of any programs falling within the time frames as they are announced. All families who are registered will be contacted directly via email at that time.
How will you be altering programming this year due to Covid-19?
Some of the areas we will be adjusting this year will be as followed: smaller ratios (1:8 and 1 CIT), mandatory hand sanitization every 2 hours, strict guidelines to campers showing any signs of sickness, and our drop off/ pick up for parents will be altered.
Will my child need to be vaccinated to attend?
We will always follow the Covid-19 Policies and Mandates provided by the government for Summer Day Camps. To date, there is not a requirment for campers to be vacinated, We will continue to educate ourselves and adhere to any new policies if need be.
Cancellation Policy 2023
Cancellations must be in writing to Little Champ Camp, for each registered camper:
If it is :
1 month prior to the camp start date: a refund will be provided, with a 15% cancellation charge on the total price.
2 weeks prior to the camp start date: a refund will be provided, with a 25% cancellation charge on the total price
1 week prior to the camp start date: a refund will be provided, with a 35% cancellation charge on the total price.
Less than 1 week prior to the camp start date: a refund will be provided, with a 50% cancellation charge on the total price.
Within 48 hours of the camp start date: no refund will be issued.
* An additional cancellation fee of 3% will be charged with every refund.
Cancellations due to a positive COVID-19 test
If Little Champ Camp needs to cancel part or all of a program because of a positive COVID-19 test, Little Champ Camp will provide all customers with a full refund for the duration of cancellation (pro-rated if the program has already begun). A positive covid test will need to be provided.
If your camper is sick, we will not provide a refund for the days missed.
