Once you have purchased your camp weeks through our Booking Online, you will complete the following steps:

Save all MANDATORY forms below onto your computer.
Open the documents from your computer ( adobe ).
Complete the documents electronically and save them.
Send Camper Registration and Release forms to littlechampcamp@gmail.com
