Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be in writing to Little Champ Camp, for each registered camper: If it is : - 1 month prior to the camp start date: a refund will be provided, with a 15% cancellation charge on the total price. - 2 weeks prior to the camp start date: a refund will be provided, with a 25% cancellation charge on the total price. - 1 week prior to the camp start date: a refund will be provided, with a 35% cancellation charge on the total price. - Less than 1 week prior to the camp start date: a refund will be provided, with a 50% cancellation charge on the total price. - Within 48 hours of the camp start date: no refund will be issued. * Cancellation fee of 3% will be charged with every refund. Cancellations due to a positive COVID-19 test -If Little Champ Camp needs to cancel part or all of a program because of a positive COVID-19 test, Little Champ Camp will provide all customers with a full refund of the duration of cancellation (pro-rated if the program has already begun). A positive covid test will need to be provided. Illness: If your camper is sick, we will not provide a refund for the days missed.
